Eepples’ products are designed and manufactured with great care, so we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Returns / Exchanges
New and unused items that have not been opened may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 21 days of the date shipped. We recommend customers inspect orders for accuracy and manufacturer’s defects within 48 hours. All returned/exchanged items must be kept in their original condition and packaging including the packing slip, and a receipt or proof of purchase must be provided. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Used items cannot be returned due to health and hygiene concerns. Eepples reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements. No returns/refunds will be granted after 21 days from the date of shipping. No returns/refunds will be granted for used products.
In the event of an order fulfillment error, Eepples will replace the product and ship via ground service of our choosing.
A product found to have defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship is eligible for replacement. Defective product should be returned to Eepples before it is replaced.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Authorization number prior to processing any return or exchange. Return instructions will then be provided. Please note that Eepples is not responsible for lost or damaged items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Original shipping charges are refunded only for incorrect order fulfillment or defective products.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Please allow 2-4 weeks weeks for all returns to be processed. If you haven’t received a refund within that time, contact your credit card company to confirm whether or not it posted. Refunds may take longer to post compared to charges. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com. Be sure to include your transaction / Return Authorization number.
